The Formula 1 World Championship has concluded with the crowning of its new Champion: Lando Norris. For the McLaren driver, the first world title arrived at the end of a season marked by consistently top-level performances, highlighted by 7 victories, 18 podiums, and a duel with Max Verstappen decided in the very final moments. A remarkable consistency that proved decisive in securing the crown.

At the dawn of his motorsport journey lay the Italian Formula 4 Championship, which Norris contested in 2015, during the early years of the series.

In his debut season he quickly made a name for himself, enlivening the battles within the highly competitive tricolour category. At Monza he claimed a valuable podium, sharing the stage with Ralf Aron and Guan Yu Zhou, who would go on to finish first and second in the final standings.

From that point on, his rise was extremely rapid: Norris climbed through the single-seater ranks collecting successes in MSA Formula, the Toyota Racing Series, Formula Renault 2.0 and the FIA Formula 3 European Championship, building in just a few years the successful path that would carry him to the top of motorsport. His Formula 1 debut came in 2019, at just 19 years old. Since then, the Briton has grown into one of the category’s leading figures, culminating in his World Championship triumph.
